Job Summary :
1) Sourcing the Profiles and Prospective Candidates through referrals, headhunting, Leads, old database and Job Portals
2) Screening the Job applications as per the requirement
3) Calling the candidates and e-mailing
4) Taking telephonic interviews for short listing the candidates
5) Follow-up the selected candidates
6) Scheduling the interviews for the screened candidates
7) Creating & maintaining effective & efficient Database for resourcing
8) Handle walk in candidates
9) Maintain data of all candidates
10) Take responsibility and do the work
