Interested Candidates must bring: 1) One copy of updated resume 2) One passport size photograph 3) One photo-identity proof JOB DESCRIPTION • Exposure to Work flow systems and Entering data into ERP application from scanned invoices. • Performing online checks as specified • Resolving Issues via email, looking why the invoice is not processed. • Critically evaluating the items in rework and drive learning to avoid misclassifications • Resolving payment related issues & exceptions • Vendor Helpdesk - Handling different issues with vendors & resolving the outstanding invoices. • Responsible for communicating with the business (email/call) on results from customer screening activity and follow up with the business/supplier to get resolutions.
